Every timepiece undergoes our ChronyW Integrity Check, where we verify the movement, serial numbers, and craftsmanship. We have a zero-tolerance policy for fakes and offer a full money-back guarantee if any item is proven otherwise.
Q: Where is ChronyW located? Can I visit? A: We are headquartered at 917 E Walnut St, Shawnee, OK 74801-8056. While we primarily operate as an online boutique to keep our prices competitive, our team handles every order and inspection right here in Oklahoma.

Q: Do you ship internationally? A: Currently, we focus exclusively on the United States market to ensure the fastest shipping and best customer service. We do not ship internationally at this time.
Q: How much does shipping cost? A: Standard shipping is FREE for all orders! If you need your watch sooner, we offer Expedited Shipping starting at $4.99 depending on your location.
Q: How long will it take to receive my watch? A: Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST are processed the same day. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days, while expedited shipping takes 1-3 business days.
3. Technical & Warranty
Q: What happens if my watch stops working? A: Don't worry. Every watch comes with a ChronyW Limited Warranty (2 years for new, 1 year for pre-owned) covering the movement. If the "heart" of your watch has a manufacturing defect, we will fix it. Just call us at (405) 274-0460.
Q: Can I wear my watch while swimming? A: It depends on the ATM rating. Please refer to our Water Resistance Guide. We generally recommend keeping 3 ATM watches away from water. For 5 ATM and above, ensure the crown is fully pushed in or screwed down before contact with water.
Q: Do you offer battery replacements or oiling (servicing)? A: Yes! We offer battery replacements for quartz models and professional "Lau Dau" (movement servicing) for mechanical watches. Contact our service team at info@chronyw.com for a quote.
4. Payments & Returns
Q: Are there any hidden taxes or fees? A: No. We offer Tax-Free shopping for all orders. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. We also do not charge any restocking fees for returns.
Q: What is your return policy? A: You have 30 days to return your watch as long as it is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and seals intact.
Q: Is my payment secure? A: 100%. We use SSL encryption and PCI-compliant payment gateways (Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay). We never store your full credit card information.
