At ChronyW, we don’t just sell timepieces; we stand behind them. Every watch purchased from our Shawnee, Oklahoma headquarters is backed by our commitment to long-term precision and reliability.
1. The ChronyW Warranty Period

Brand New Watches: All new timepieces come with a 2-year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.

Pre-owned / Certified Authentic Watches: We provide a 1-year ChronyW Mechanical Warranty to ensure your vintage or pre-owned piece continues to tick perfectly.
2. What is Covered?
Our warranty focuses on the "heart" of the watch—the movement. This includes:

Manufacturing defects in the mechanical or quartz movement.

Inaccuracy in timekeeping that exceeds the manufacturer’s stated tolerances.

Battery replacement for quartz models within the first 12 months of purchase.
3. What is NOT Covered? (Exclusions)
To maintain a fair service for all, the ChronyW warranty does not cover "external" damage or issues caused by daily wear, such as:

Damage to the glass (crystal), strap, or bracelet.

Water damage caused by using the watch outside of its specified ATM rating or failure to screw down the crown properly.

Accidental damage: Scratches, dents, or broken components due to drops or impact.

Unauthorized Service: The warranty is void if the watch is opened or repaired by anyone other than a ChronyW certified technician.
4. Water Resistance Disclaimer
Water resistance is not a permanent condition. Gaskets can age and perish. We recommend an annual pressure test. Please note that ChronyW is not liable for water ingress if the watch was used for diving or swimming beyond its rated capacity.
5. How to Request a Repair
If your timepiece requires attention, please follow our "White-Glove" service process:

Assessment: We will provide an initial assessment and a "Repair Authorization Number."

Shipping: You will be responsible for shipping the watch to our service center in Shawnee, OK. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured service.
6. Repair Timeline
Most repairs are completed within 14–21 business days, depending on the availability of genuine parts. We will keep you updated via email throughout the process.
