At ChronyW, your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that a timepiece is a personal choice, and we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we are here to help.

1. 30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date you receive your watch to request a return. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

2. Return Eligibility & Condition

To be eligible for a return, your timepiece must be in the same condition that you received it:

  • It must be unworn and unused.

  • All original protective seals, tags, and films must be intact and attached.

  • It must be in the original packaging (box, manual, and warranty card).

  • Any links removed for sizing must be included in the return.

Note: Any watch showing signs of wear, scratches, or modifications will not be accepted for a refund.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at info@chronyw.com or call (405) 274-0460. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on where and how to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If the watch arrives damaged or is not the model you ordered, ChronyW will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.

  • For Change of Mind: If you decide the watch is not for you, the customer will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 2 business days), we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.

6. No Restocking Fees

Unlike many luxury retailers, ChronyW does not charge restocking fees. We believe in a fair and transparent shopping experience.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at (405) 274-0460 so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
